iPACT is a unique international network of anticoagulation experts
and individuals who want to improve the care for patients who receive anticoagulation.

The iPACT network is supported by the DRM-F board and this DRM-F board coordinates three different committees (education, scientific and innovation). The iPACT network ensures the projects and tools of DRM-F have a maximal implementation. The DRM-F board is being advised by an external multidisciplinary advisory board (physician, adherence expert, nurse and patient representative).

The idea behind the iPACT network is that every member can benefit from the international expertise in the field of anticoagulation. Pilot projects are proof-tested in several countries and the iPACT member can implement them. When meeting other iPACT members, experiences and best-practices can be shared.

Is your country already represented? Please contact the national iPACT member! Is your country not yet represented and you are interested in becoming the iPACT member for your country? Please download the application form below and send it to silas.rydant@ipact.org

Board

iPACT is a network of individual members and the DRM-F board supports the international and interprofessional collaboration of this network.
