iPACT is a unique international network of anticoagulation experts
and individuals who want to improve the care for patients who receive anticoagulation.

The iPACT network is supported by the DRM-F board. The iPACT network ensures the projects and tools of DRM-F have a maximal implementation. The DRM-F board is being advised by an external multidisciplinary advisory board (physician, adherence expert, nurse and patient representative).

The idea behind the iPACT network is that every member can benefit from the international expertise in the field of anticoagulation. Pilot projects are proof-tested in several countries and the iPACT member can implement them. When meeting other iPACT members, experiences and best-practices can be shared.

Participitating Countries

iPACT started with participants of 10 countries and has evolved now to a network of representatives from 22 participating countries.

Mission And Vision

All patients requiring anticoagulation should be prescribed an anticoagulant that is right for them at the right dose and supported along the whole patient pathway, from diagnoses, to initiation, to long term management to improve patient outcomes.

iPACT is an international expert network who strive to improve patient outcomes by addressing the needs of patients who require anticoagulation wherever they live in the world.

Board

iPACT is a network of individual members and the DRM-F board supports the international and interprofessional collaboration of this network. They ensure all projects are all aligned to the vision and mission of DRM-F. The board also creates sustainable relationships with other leading organisations in the field of anticoagulation.
